White solid maltose syrup is the classic confectionery-grade sweetener produced by the enzymatic hydrolysis of high-quality starch. With its low sweetness, clean flavour and excellent heat stability, it is the ingredient behind traditional Chinese sweets, high-end candy, bakery glazes and craft brewing.
