Retail syrup question 🫙:
How do you handle shelf life, labelling and storage for sugar syrup sold in retail bottles? We supply liquid glucose for foodservice, but our customers keep asking for small-format retail bottles. The headaches are piling up: crystal formation in cool climates, label claims across different markets, and syrup that separates if the warehouse gets too warm.
The three problem zones
