# Container loading for liquid syrups: how do you secure your flexitanks?

Liquid sweeteners travel either in drums or flexitanks, and both have their failure modes. 🚛

Our experience: flexitanks need a **venting plan** (pressure differential across the equator is real), and drum loads need **tied rows**, not gravity. One under-secured row shifts a 20-foot load on a rough North Pacific crossing.
